In December 2007 we started the Bedding Fund Project. We were aware of thousands of people sleeping on a concrete or dirt floor or a hard bed base and decided that we would try to make a difference for them. To sleep this way is not by choice, but due totally on the inability to have the funds buy a bed or a mattress, some families have no basic furniture.

The look on Made's face is what makes this project worthwhile.

This project has no time limit because our aim is to improve the sleeping conditions of as many Balinese people as possible. As we buy beds, mattresses, pillows, blankets and furniture, we will add these photos to the Gallery.

We would be grateful for any donations to help us with this project. We can buy beds or mattresses for 350.000rp each and a blanket for 100.000rp.
